Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Fidélisation et CRM d’AccorHotel Services France, l’E-CRM Manager assurera la gestion de la relation client sur Internet. Il/elle aura pour missions principales la réalisation de campagnes emailings et le développement de la valeur du client afin d’optimiser le chiffre d'affaires des sites directs en France.

Les principales missions seront :
 Gestion du E-CRM (E-News & E-Cards) :
 Définition de la stratégie de communication clients,
 Gestion du planning E-CRM,
 Création & rédaction des emailings
 Paramétrage des campagnes sur Adobe & ABE,
 Suivi des actions et projets E-CRM avec les équipes centrales,
 Collaboration étroite avec le Marketing des marques France pour la validation des offres et messages envoyés,
 Gestion des agences de communication pour l’E-CRM,
 Reportings & analyses des KPIs des campagnes.
 Benchmark des différentes campagnes E-CRM.

Vos interlocuteurs principaux seront l’équipe E-CRM Centrale, le Marketing des marques France, le Revenu Management France, les E-Distributions Advisors, les équipes du Club Accorhotels France et les prestataires (agence de communication…).

Compétences
Niveau d'études : Bac +4 / +5
Domaine d'études : Marketing, Commerce, Vente
Langues requises : Français, Anglais
Critères indispensables : Formation supérieure Marketing / 1ère expérience en E-Commerce
Outils : Adobe, Pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Critères souhaités : Sensibilité aux nouvelles technologies, bon relationnel, esprit d'équipe, dynamique, organisé, rigoureux, créatif.
