Entertainment & Recreation Manager

About the job

Entertainment:
• Run day to day operations of entertainment and recreational department while reporting to the General Manager
• General administrative duties include: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, filing, compiling and submitting expense reports.
• Checking/evaluating all activities, performances and events and responses of customers
• Ensure good time keeping of performances plus suitability of ambient lighting, sound levels and background music
• Arrange and lead meetings with the staff
• Preparation and distribution of team rotas
• Preparation of daily programme
• Oversee the onsite food service program from our in house kitchen. 
• Handle any customer issues
• Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with customers
• Technical in conjunction with Senior Tech issue fault reports
• Ensure top customer service levels. 
• Ensure entertainment and customers flow supports
Recreation:
• Plan, organize, develop, schedule and evaluate recreation programs
• Provide clerical support, program registration, reservations, answer telephones, and respond to public inquires about the events.
• Track, manage and produce daily schedules of booking
• Schedule recreation facilities and supervise condition of facilities
• Opening and closing the operations
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; distribute supplies and equipment; assist with ordering supplies and equipment for kitchen and recreation programs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staffs to make sure food preparation is on right track.
• Develop classes, schedules, and implementation of activities, programs, and coordinates with the recreation programs
• Coordinate and supervise staffs
• Organize and set up the equipment that is used in recreational activities
• Provide security for the building and grounds. In addition, makes safety checks on the facility and eliminate hazards to ensure complete safety of the area.
• Perform related duties as required
