Planning, management and control of food and beverage services;
Strong in banquets and groups;
Ensuring customer satisfaction;
Define strategies with the purpose of organizing the different services, structuring the teams in collaboration with those responsible for each service.
Establish recruitment criteria and participate in selection processes;
Identify and implement new services and offers according to budgets, quality standards and target audience;
Contracts with suppliers, cost management;
Management of complaints.

About you
Profile
Degree in Hospitality; (eliminatory factor)
Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in the function or similar; (eliminatory factor)
Valued international experience;
Fluency in English and French.
Skills
Strategic Understanding, Results Orientation, Communicational Effectiveness, Planning and Organization;
User-oriented computing, Microsoft office and Software specializing in the function;
Ability to Communicate, Team Spirit, Leadership, Adaptation, Active Listening and Emotional Stability
