¿Who are we?
Alterhome is a fast-moving start-up offering touristic and corporate accommodation. We are
rapidly growing our business in Spain and at the doorstep of internationalization to Latin
¿What are we looking for?
We are looking for a City Manager, who will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth
of the business for Alterhome, a leading company in the touristic apartments sector.
The selected candidate will be the company's representative in Málaga. The candidate's main
duties will include the launch of our business in Málaga, consequently contributing to the
growth of our apartments’ portfolio, focusing initially on acquiring new business. Once the
properties are up and running, he/she will be liasing with our Operations Department and
lately, managing the external activities such as check-ins, cleaning, maintenance etc.
We are looking for a proactive, commercial driven, independent person who is comfortable to
undertake challenges and has good commercial acumen.
This is a great opportunity for an individual of being part of the expansion of a young, dynamic
and rapidly growing company. The selected candidate will be a crucial part of the company’s
expansion in Málaga, being supported by the Headquarters in Madrid.
We offer a position with the pay closely linked to the performance of the company in Málaga.


¿What will you bring?
 Experience: It doesn’t matter what you have studied but you must bring commercial
skills. Preferably experience in a dynamic Sales/Commercial environment. We’ll look
for the sales hunter in you!
 Work Experience: Preferably in start-ups and/or agile organizations, ideally in the Real
State or Tourism Fields. Excellent knowledge of the city.
 GTD: Extremely well organised, gets things done, high levels of productivity, works
equally enthusiastic with people than data.
 Skills: Very flexible & dynamic, Responsible, comfortable working independently,
clients and goals oriented, good eye for detail, well organised, commercial,
negotiation, persuasiveness, self-management, analytic, initiative, results oriented.
 Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish
 Comfortable working with KPIs

Habia que cambiar y teniamos claro que el camino era profesionalizar la gestión de viviendas. asimilándolo a la gestión de un hotel, sin olvidar un toque personal.

Gracias a esta reflexión Patricia y yo, hermanos desde que nací, decidimos crear Alterhome para ayudar a cada propietario a tener una vida con menos problemas y mayores ingresos, mientras que nuestros viajeros disfrutan de un trato muy especial.
