Purpose of the job

As an Account Manager you will path the way for our corporations customer’s digital future by selling our travel and expense management solutions and services and ensure retention and revenue growth for the world’s biggest brands from exciting industries.

Responsibilities

  • You oversee all commercial aspects and identify opportunities and customer needs
  • You position our smart solutions at decision maker level
  • You negotiate deals, process RFIs and RFPs and build trustful relationships
  • You ensure customer satisfaction and create win-win partnerships
  • You act as the customer’s internal advocate, providing valuable market feedback to ensure constant internal improvements and product innovation
  • You actively position Amadeus at networking events
  • You will participate in internal projects with international colleagues from backgrounds


Requirements

Education

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, IT or equivalent with working experience


Industry/Technical Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Software solution sales environment in the Expense or Finance industry


Additional Skills

  • Self-starter with hands-on mentality, flexibility and assertiveness
  • Confident appearance with excellent rhetoric and presentation skills and an outstanding customeroriented attitude
  • Goal-oriented way of working with a high degree of closing orientation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and a proactive appearance
  • Fluent in English
