Key Responsibilities

Under the general guidance of the Executive Chef, you will be responsible in ensuring the smooth operations of the Villa kitchen on a day to day basis in the absence of the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef including the non-cooking tasks such as ordering food and scheduling employees for work. Further, you have to ensure that the guests are delighted with our food offerings whilst maximising revenue.

About you

Desired Skills and Experience

This position is based at Amanpulo, set among the Quiniluban Group of Cuyo Islands, northeast of the main Palawan Island, Philippines. Candidates with luxury resort industry experience as Sous Chef are preferred for this position. International experience a plus.
You are expected to be well-versed in various cuisines. You must be creative and have an eye for detail. Fluency in English oral and written communication is mandatory.
