For a 4* Hotel in Mourão, we are now recruiting a Housekeeper Manager with the following responsibilities:
- Maintain operating standards implemented
- Distribution of the service to room maids
- Organize, plan and supervise cleaning activities in public areas
- Manage and oversee daily cleaning activities of occupied rooms, arrivals and departures
- Verify and request maintenance of anomalies of FF&E in rooms and public
- Plan schedules
- Control and manage lost and found
- Control inventory, budgets and costs

- Experience in similar functions
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of NewHotel, will be valued
- Proactive and dedicated
- Accurate, responsible and assertive person, with leadership spirit
- Resilience, effectiveness and organizational capacity
- Cordial and able to communicate clearly
