About the job

We are looking for experienced and committed Chefs de Partie join the team of our stunning private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year-round dining. The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity

About you

As Chef de Partie we expect you to effectively run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef. A Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervised to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.

We are ideally looking for a Chef de Partie who has:
• Minimum of 1 years’ CdP experience in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
• A passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Previous experience of working within a seafood restaurant would be beneficial but not essential
  • Language required: English.
