About the job

To support the Sales Managers to manage existing accounts and develop new business for the resort
 To manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business for the resort from the international leisure markets.

About you

 Based in Dubai this role is responsible for supporting, managing existing accounts and developing accounts from
all leisure markets.
 Responsible for growing and maintaining share of inbound leisure markets from assigned account base
 Contracting and developing relationships with local DMCs and international operators
 Taking an entrepreneurial approach to dynamically leverage trade partnerships
 Representing Atlantis The Palm at international trade shows when required
 Be fully updated with all related sales data and sales action plans, keeping in mind budget expectations, cost of sale and ROI analysis
 Maintain awareness of current and potential markets/trends/, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate
 Procures new and repeat business for the hotel by monitoring contact with: tour operators, wholesalers, travel agencies, and professional associations within local, regional and international markets.
 Maintains contact with wholesalers and tour operators through personal sales calls – a site inspections, telephone contacts and written communications
 Creates and implements special programs to achieve greater productivity through:
o Increasing average rates
o Increasing occupancy
o Increasing business volume during difficult periods
o Increasing local food and beverage sales
 Deliver own assigned KPI targets (monthly, yearly)
 Responsible for revenue/room night targets from assigned accounts
 Act as a single point of contact for each assigned account / territory
 Monitor & act upon market feedback to support relevant changes
 Communicate effectively to all sales colleagues relevant issues to own / teams accounts in order to maximize market penetration
 Responsible for 100% account penetration by establishing a close working relationship at all levels within own accounts
 Identify all sales opportunities and secure for the group
 Maintain and grow positive customer and partner relationship
 Set & meet customer/partner expectations with all accounts
 Responsible for managing all relevant KPI’s related to own accounts
  • Language required: Russian. Arabic, French, Italian, and Spanish are a plus
