Rate of pay:
Front Desk Agent, $16.00 Server, $11.00. The average rate of pay including gratuity is around $30/hour (anticipate roughly $20-$25 an hour from tips, plus the minimum wage). Host, $14.00 An employee meal and a uniform is provided.
The hotel will provide up to 14 days of complimentary accomodations on site. No airport pick up is provided. After 14 days, it's the J1's responsibility to secure their own housing.
