We are looking for a passionate and experienced Server with strong wine knowledge to join our team.
This is not just a service role — we are seeking someone who truly appreciates food & wine pairing, enjoys engaging with guests, and can actively contribute to the development and execution of our wine program during the high season (November - April).
About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will:
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service
- Confidently guide guests through our wine list and make thoughtful pairing recommendations
- Assist in maintaining and evolving our wine program
- Support wine inventory, organization, and daily service standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to enhance the overall guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a server in a high-quality restaurant
- Solid knowledge of wine (WSET certification or similar is a strong advantage)
- Genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging personality
- Team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

About you
Core Service Skills
- Exceptional guest service and attention to detail
- Strong communication and ability to read tables
- Confident upselling without being pushy
- Ability to manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment
Wine Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of key wine regions, varietals, and styles
- Ability to confidently recommend wine pairings for menu items
- Knowledge of wine service (correct pouring, glassware, decanting)
- Understanding of vintages, pricing, and guest preferences
- Familiarity with wine storage and handling
Wine Program Support
- Assist with maintaining and organizing the wine list
- Basic inventory management (stock checks, rotation, ordering support)
- Ability to suggest new wines or improvements to the list
- Help train other staff on wine basics when needed
- Work with management/sommelier on pairings and specials
Personal Qualities

- Language required: English. Italian and Spanish are a plus
