Per il Baglioni Hotel Carlton di Milano, situato nel cuore di Milano, al centro del quadrilatero della moda, ricerchiamo uno/a Stagiaire da inserire nell''area Cucina del nostro Caffè & Terrazza Baglioni, dove si preparano gustosi antipasti e proposte gastronomiche leggere all''insegna del benessere, assaporando deliziosi cocktail. 

La risorsa si occuperà della preparazione degli alimenti, concentrandosi principalmente nella preparazione dei piatti freddi e del buffet colazioni, inoltre avrà modo di operare nella preparazione del nuovo Menu Healthy.

Lo Stagiaire avrà modo di acquisire tecniche e procedure di preparazione cibi seguendo gli Standard Aziendali, ricezioni merci/ordini, gestione e cura e pulizia della cucina.

La risorsa che stiamo cercando dovrà avere i seguenti requisiti:

- buona capacità di organizzazione del lavoro; 

- minima esperienza del servizio in cucina;

- attitudine al lavoro in team;  

- flessibilità a lavorare su turni.

Our Group was created in 1974, when Roberto Polito built his first establishment in Punta Ala, Tuscany (Hotel Cala del Porto), working with his wife Lisa to develop a unique concept of hospitality in terms of life experience: a journey in the Italian style through its culture and various traditions.

This new concept of contemporary luxury is aimed at an increasingly demanding public that is attentive to new trends, such as our most exclusive suite – Roman Penthouse – a 590 sqm apartment with the best panoramic view of the Eternal City.
