Main responsibilities:

1. To meet and greet all guests upon arrival and departure
2. To escort VIP guests to their allocated room and explain the facilities and room features
3. To maintain regular contacts with the guests
4. To obtain guest feedback on their stay in the hotel
5. To handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests and inquiries, taking the necessary action steps and ensuring thorough follow through
6. To assist all guests utilizing the Lounge
7. To works closely with the Food and Beverage Team, Room Service Team and Butler Team
8. To be fully conversant with all names and titles of hotel personnel
9. To promote all our outlets, activities and any special promotions going on for all the guests
10. To be fully familiar, trained and compliant with ‘Leading Hotels of the World’ standards and Baglioni standards, making a point of training and correcting other colleagues on these standards to ensure compliance at all times
11. To be thoroughly familiar with the hotel procedures and policy concerning reservations, room’s assignments, room charges and credit facilities
12. To attend to all the secretarial needs of guests after the opening hours of the business Centre
13. To ensure that all the facilities are available to the guests
14. To greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell upon departure
15. To ensure that, whenever possible, guests receive personal recognition
16. To inspect VIP room status and all special amenities (welcome letters, fruits and champagne set ups) in good order prior to guests’ arrival
17. To maintain an active presence in the hotel lobby and all guest areas to greet and assist incoming guests
18. To give courtesy calls and complete the call log for Performance Monitor daily
19. To promote all our outlets, activities and any special promotions going on for the purpose of assisting guests and offering accurate information
20. To assists and coordinates with Front Office Reception Team to ensure consistent service


- Previous experience in a 5* Hotel/Resort is preferred
- Korean native and English language fluent
- Willing to move to a remote location
- University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills together with problem solving attitude
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Customers’ service oriented, remaining calm and courteous at all times
