We are looking for Executive Chef, with Michelin star experience.

We expect our Chef to:
-Manages all functions of the Food Production to achieve the optimum departmental profit
-Knows Asian-French cuisine
-Creates seasonal menu
-Develops dishes, makes recipes and and accurate costing of all dishes
-Maintains comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets and current trends.
-Attends and participates to other meetings as required by the administrative calendar
-Keeps an up-dated file on the followings:
• Recipes
• Finance
• Standards
• Personnel and Training
• Meetings
• Projects
• Material and Equipment

Technical details of the restaurant:
• 50 seats
• Only dinner from 6pm to 11pm
• Sunday closed


- Gastronomic education certification
- Fluent English
- Minimum of one year experience in similar role, ideally in a Fine Dining/ Michelin starred restaurant
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Creative, details oriented
- Knowledge about Asian and French cuisine
- Create season menu / develop recipes
- Outstanding culinary technical skills
- Knowledge about HACCP
