Job description

The Estate Night Kitchen Porter will provide a high standard & quality service of an overall and indept level of cleaning & sanitation across all kitchens on the estate.

• Such duties are – Deep cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen units, benches, behind units, stores, shelving, walls, ovens, windows, fixtures, fittings, canopies, stoves, bins all kitchen areas and equipment.

• To understand all systems and COSHH before using any chemicals or cleaning substances.

• To ensure the daily and nightly Estate kitchens cleaning and sanitation check list is adhered to and followed precisely as directed by the SOC/Kitchen Manager, checked and signed off at the end of every shift

Working Hours - 5 out of 7 nights per week, 10pm-7am.
