LEADERSHIP PROGRAM:

General Duties:
• Attend briefings or department meetings.
• Knowledge and practical implementation of the standards of personal presentation.
• Comply with the procedures focused on the preservation of ecosystems and environmental care.
• To direct and develop excitement in the execution of the Mission, Vision and Quality Policies of the hotel.
• Promote the use and documentation of guest’s preferences.
• Promote health and safety workplace in his/her area.
• Knowledge and implementation of standards.

Operational Functions:
• Rotating by the different points of sale and learning in situ of the development of the service.
• To know the work cleared by the positions of greater responsibility: Heads of Bars, Banquets, Stewards, F&B Assistants and the Director of Food and Beverages.
• Ensure an effective beverage service in restaurants.
• Levels of product quality and service - Customer Satisfaction - Cost of operation - Sanitation and Cleaning (Hygiene).
• Learn the NewPOS system and the SAP ordering system, its reports and other functions.
• Ensure that established sanitation and HACCP procedures are followed.
• Help direct the management and planning function of the Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation, including the installation of banquets and their functions.
• Together with the Restaurant Manager, develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of the Restaurant.
• Calculate and maintain the costs of beverages and take appropriate measures to remedy any variation in those costs.
• Ensure that established inventories and cost controls are maintained.
• Minimize loss and breakdown of equipment.
• Maximize productivity output in terms of productivity.
• Conduct interviews, employee orientation, skills training, performance assessment, training and counseling to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
