The EMEA & US CRM & Marketing intern will assist the CRM & Marketing department preparing reports, analysis and presentations and supporting the team on specific projects.
Your main tasks will be:
In CRM (60%):
Project management
Develop and analyze monthly CRM reporting to serve an international and high-end clientele
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and other departments (Digital, Communication, Marketing, and Retail Teams) to define and manage the roadmap of clienteling projects
Collaborate with the international team on global CRM initiatives
Carry out studies from the customer base
Assist in analyzing data for EMEA boutiques for General & Commercial Management
Support CRM Manager in building comprehensive reports and dashboards of all relevant CRM KPIs to track retail performance
Develop data-driven insights on customer knowledge and the evolution of purchasing behavior
Perform client insight analysis to create actionable client lists based on business needs
Guarantee the quality of data from the customer database
Daily management of the client database, including cleaning, dedeplication, merging, and reassignments
Transform and organize client information to send client collateral, including catalogues and newsletters
Partner with IT teams to help identify and mend data gaps, source issues, and data inaccuracies
In marketing (40%):
Lead reports and analysis:
Update sales reports (by product segment, product line, nationalities…)
Coordinate and support various presentations
Coordinate presentations for internal meetings (e.g.: boutique managers meetings, commercial committee, Wholesale meetings etc.)
Consolidate action plans and follow-up for each network/markets – working with all departments
Support the Marketing & Communication team:
Organize internal and external meetings (weekly team meetings, trainings, …): agenda, minute, etc. (when relevant)
Provide administrative support to marketing, merchandising, training, visual merchandising, event and media departments
