About the job
Your responsibilities will be:
- To assist in preparing Invoices to book.
- To assist in keeping proper records of all amounts due to the suppliers, and prepare the payments
- To assist in preparing the monthly closure tasks.
- To perform all other projects assigned by the Assistant DOF or DOF
- To maintain up to date and accurate archives system in order to guarantee legal compliance.
- To check incoming revenue figures, postings , and documents for accuracy.
- To build up and analyze income journals.
- To analyze adjustments.
- To check commission payments through a CTAC system.
- To archive financial reports.
- To assist to reconcile assets and liabilities accounts.
- To participate on departmental projects, to improve/develop processes Assist in sending invoices and collection of funds.
- To assist with Credit Card sending and collection.
- To assist in the supervision of the billing at all Departments.
- To assist in keeping proper records of all amounts due to the hotel from guests, concessionaires and tenants, as well as any sun dry accounts (incl. employees' accounts) and to render the invoices and the statements of such accounts on a regular timely basis.
- To assist in the control of the extension of credit to hotel guests and customers in order to prevent losses, and the collection of overdue accounts.
- To control the compliance of all functional areas to the hotel’s cred it policy.
