About the job
Your responsibilities will be:
- To welcome guests of the hotel in offering an efficient, friendly and polite check-in.
- To explain all the hotel facilities/services.
- To handle departures in accordance with hotel procedures and billing instructions To deal with guests’ enquiries.
- To deal with any internal enquiries (Housekeeping, F&B, MOD).
- To answer the phone using the internal telephone etiquette.
- To assist and participate in the in-house-company promotions and facilities as required.
- To be aware of all room types of the hotel and facilities in the room.
- To be aware of the availability of all types of accommodations and to sell in order to achieve a maximum of revenue and to promote in-house promotion/facilities.
- To assist in room allocation according to the guests’ requests.
- To ensure charges, credit card payment, deposits and any other guest transactions are recorded properly on the guests’ account-checking.
- To verify signatures as established by the Hotel Credit Policy.
- To help our team reach 100% guest satisfaction.

About you
- To be bilingual in English, have at least an intermediate level in French and a third language is a plus!
- Effective communication skills & organizational skills.
- Computer and Microsoft office Skills Being enthusiastic, a ‘people person’ and ready to be part of a great team.
