Brief summary:

As a Hotels Account Intern, your job will consist on helping us grow our offer of hotels shown in our Website and APP. This involves:

- Recruitment & management of new hotels accounts in different countries of the world over the phone and follow up emails.

- Share with your Hotels accounts the values, vision and mission of BYHOURS and convince them to be part of our journey.

- Create solid relationships with the Hotels you talk to and ease their fears and doubts regarding our business model.

- Train and welcome new hotels to our platform.

- Find & optimize the availability of hotels in our website.

- Give Feedback: Identify any potential issues in the sales process defined and escalate potential quality issues to management.

- Collaborate in the fulfillment of the team objectives of hotels to acquire. (We always achieve our monthly goals; we like to call ourselves winners)

- Participate in all team-meetings to which you are required.

Skills:

- A born saleswoman / salesman.

- A doer and achiever.

- Someone with great negotiation skills (we will test you!)

- Excellent communicator.

- Quick thinker.

- Able to navigate ambiguity.

- Great attitude.

Requirements

- Languages: Fluent Italian and English, medium level of Spanish is a must, German, French are a plus.

- You like to speak over the phone all day and you must be able to close your deals with this tool.

- A passion for travel industry (OTA'S, basic concepts of Hospitality, Travel...).

- A 6-month internship.

- You must be able to provide us an internship agreement.

- Availability: as soon as possible.
