About the role

You are passionate about supporting the Front of House team ensuring the guest experience is on high standard creating EPIC guests experiences, in particular:

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will be creating an exceptional Guest journey from arrival to departure. You will create a positive stay, with keen eyes o our guest experience and satisfaction, and will be active part of our collaborative to achieve our goal of being in the top 25 TripAdvisor recommended hotels in London. You will be fluent in all Hilton Brand Standards, Property Management System and will be eager to discover the neighbourhood areas, local attractions to share with our guests. You will be empowered of maximising guest satisfaction, measured through SALT, Tripadvisor and other social and booking platforms

Key Responsibilities & Duties


·       Promote guest experience indicators set by Canopy Brand

·       Gather extensive experience with Property Management Systems

·        Follow plans and procedures to guarantee both guests

·       Expresses enthusiasm, energy and positive vibes and always acts according to company ethics and values.

·       Coordinate the check in and check out requirements of VIPs on a daily basis (VIP reports, room inspections, amenities, welcome letters, welcome gifts etc.)

·       Be in constant contact with guests in order to know their level of satisfaction at all times  

·       Act upon guest feedback in a timely manner to continuously improve experiences. Ensure that guest feedbacks and preferences are updated in CRM profiles for the future reference.

·       Resolve or if necessary report all complaints, concerns and follow up on solutions within a timeframe set by the brand

·       See opportunities to surprise and delight our guests

·       Be fully knowledgeable of the daily results and events in the hotel (Occupancy, average room rate, TripAdvisor ranking, reviews, groups in house, Media, Influencers and other VIPs)

·       Ensure compliance with all standards and procedures including all relevant Brand Standards across the department

·       Use initiative to upsell goods and services to maximise revenue potential

·       Promote the Brand Loyalty Scheme and achieve your enrolment targets

·       Follow and complete your tasks from the daily FOH checklist

·       Make sure your banking is correct and report/resolve all over-under banking

·       Serve as a role model to always demonstrate appropriate behaviours within the business by leading from the front by demonstrating a positive can-do attitude.

·       Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

  • £24000.00 per annum plus tips, plus commission
