- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hospitality industry in a similar capacity (Star class hotels / Restaurant)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Excel, Outlook Word)
- The ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines
- Prior experience work in Micros symphony
- Audit experience would be an added advantage
- Language required: English.
