Job Description:

The Guest Care department currently has Call Center Representative positions available.  The Guest Care agent services incoming calls with regards to Post-Cruise issues.  Their responsibilities include in creating cases, documenting guest concerns and obtaining resolutions.  The position requires an individual who is a Self-starter, works well with little supervision and is highly motivated. 

Qualifications:

  • Contact Center Training preferred
  • Excellent English written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Works well in a versatile, multi-task oriented environment
  • Good analytical/organizational skills
