About the job
The selected person will run a new 4-star boutique hotel with an exceptional location in the city center, with 83 rooms, a convention room and a bar-restaurant.
You must manage a team in all operational areas that is capable of offering clients an exclusive service and aligning practices with company policies.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The future director must have superior training in Tourism / Hospitality in a prestigious school and national and international experience in Hotels or Groups of a similar category in functions of responsibility and management of hotel establishments.
We are looking for a professional with leadership, a spirit of improvement, work capacity, enthusiastic and proactive.
Languages: English / Dutch and valuable knowledge of Spanish
Valuable knowledge of SAP or other hotel management software.
