To supervise the entire daily Food & Beverage operations including:- • Quality and consistency of service and products. • All cost factors. • Cleanliness of all Food & Beverage areas. • Final selection and training of staff. • Production of Departmental profit. • Delegate and ensure responsibility for various elements of the operation to the respective staff members. • To in charge of F&B marketing by preparing a proper plan and monitoring to achieve a goal.
