Assistant Restaurant Manager
About the job
General Job Duties
- Assist the restaurant manager in planning the overall operations of the restaurant to achieve a high standard of quality service (planning, organinzing, staffing, training etc.,)
- Coordinate the work of the service staff in order to achieve smooth-running operations of the restaurant.
- General restaurant preparation and pre-opening/opening duties
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of food and beverage experience
- Business level English proficiency
- Native level Japanese proficiency
- Experience in pre-opening preparation is not required but welcome
