About the job
General Job Duties
- Operate the front desk effectively in order to increase guest satisfaction.
- Greet guests and respond to their requests, etc.
- Handle all guest satisfaction issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, follow up and report to upper management.
- Observe team performance and train each individual for personal growth.
- Regularly check the lobby and ensure that each area is kept clean.
- Contribute to room revenue through room upsells.
- Review and process guest comments and online feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international hotel is not required but preferred
- Business level English proficiency
- Pre-opening hotel experience is not required but welcomed
