About the job

General Job Duties
  • Operate the front desk effectively in order to increase guest satisfaction.
  • Greet guests and respond to their requests, etc.
  • Handle all guest satisfaction issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, follow up and report to upper management.
  • Observe team performance and train each individual for personal growth.
  • Regularly check the lobby and ensure that each area is kept clean.
  • Contribute to room revenue through room upsells.
  • Review and process guest comments and online feedback to improve guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international hotel is not required but preferred
  • Business level English proficiency
  • Pre-opening hotel experience is not required but welcomed

  • All Insurance Included (Unemployment, Pension, Workers' Accident Comp., Health)
  • Paid Transportation Expenses (Monthly Max 50,000JPY)
