About the job

General Job Duties
  • Manage and supervise guest rooms and building hygiene, laundry, and uniforms in general.
  • Meet with subcontractors and share issues and contracts.
  • Report any deficiencies in room inspections, maintenance, etc. and follow up with respective department heads.
  • Appropriate team management and regular training.
  • Prepare and manage budgets.
  • Manage and order hotel supplies.
  • Review guest comments and online feedback, process appropriately and review operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in housekeeping management required
  • Business level English proficiency is not required but welcome
  • Pre-opening hotel experience is not required but welcome
