Housekeeping Manager
About the job
General Job Duties
- Manage and supervise guest rooms and building hygiene, laundry, and uniforms in general.
- Meet with subcontractors and share issues and contracts.
- Report any deficiencies in room inspections, maintenance, etc. and follow up with respective department heads.
- Appropriate team management and regular training.
- Prepare and manage budgets.
- Manage and order hotel supplies.
- Review guest comments and online feedback, process appropriately and review operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in housekeeping management required
- Business level English proficiency is not required but welcome
- Pre-opening hotel experience is not required but welcome
