About the job

General Job Duties
  • Handle reservations and inquiries quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Ensure that reservation details are entered into the PMS promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure that there are no discrepancies in rates, etc. in the PMS, TL-Lincoln, and OTA sites.
  • Manage hotel room inventory.
  • Monitors and manages hotel overbookings to ensure that they are kept within predetermined levels.
  • Maximize hotel room revenue by upselling hotel products and services.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • International hotel experience preferred
  • Conversational English language skills
  • Pre-opening experience is not required but welcomed
