About the job


General Job Duties
  • Responsible for managing client companies and developing relationships with potential clients
  • Lead all day-to-day activities related to sales with an emphasis on building long-term, high-value customer relationships that enable the achievement of sales goals and personal sales objectives
  • Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and recommends strategies to clients to ensure that the hotel remains a market leader

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • College degree of equivalent skills
  • At least 3 years of an equivalent sales position experience within the hotel industry
  • Knowledge of the corporate market.
  • Business level Japanese proficiency
  • Basic English proficiency is not required but welcomed
  • Pre-opening experience is not required but welcomed
