Senior Spa Therapist

General Job Duties

• Works with spa trainers to train therapists
• Constantly asks for feedback from clients on treatments to incorporate into future treatments
• Participates in staff training meetings
• Recognizes and corrects any concerns with therapists
• Review guest comments and online feedback, process appropriately, and review operations to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Spa experience (Preferably in hospitality/hotel spa is preferred)
• Ability to communicate in Japanese and English
