Spa Therapist

General Job Duties

• Provide spa services that exceed guest expectations. Pay attention to the preferences of all guests.
• Respond to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Review guest comments and online feedback, process appropriately, and review operations to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Ability to communicate in Japanese and English
