Sales Coordinator, Global Leisure, Luxury and Lifestyle
About the job
The individual reports directly to the Director of Sales – Global
Luxury, Leisure & Lifestyle and will be responsible to support the Luxury,
Leisure & Lifestyle EAME/SWA team assisting with the coordination of all
activities to deliver and to maximize team revenues within EAME/SWA according
to Hyatt’s sales and distribution strategy. Purpose of this position is to
provide administrative support to the Sales Director, to act as first line of
contact to customers within the Luxury, Leisure & Lifestyle segment in
EAME/SWA, to communicate with internal customers (hotels) and other Hyatt
entities, to organize client events, Roadshows, trade shows, Sales Blitz etc.
with the help of other HSF members and to handle leisure group enquiries. This
position will also be responsible for building market intelligence and
maintaining Hyatt’s database. This position will be based in the Mainz Sales
Office.
- University degree in Hospitality or Tourism or a comparable education
- First work experience in Hospitality or Tourism desirable, young professionals are welcomed as well
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Open minded, excellent communication skills with national and international customers
- Independent and structured work style
- Team-oriented and diligent operation of key tasks
- Very good skills in MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
