Technical Marketing Coordinator/Executive, Central London

Rocco Forte Hotels Central office is looking for a talented individual to support both the CRM and Technology teams with on-going and new exciting Technical Marketing projects.The Technical Marketing Executive is a newly created position and will suit someone with either a Technology or Marketing Business degree. Strengths in Technical systems coordination & Data management processes are essential, as well as a strong project management skill.

Candidates must be process orientated, with strong attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines. The ability to multi-task with a commercial acumen is essential. You will also have strong analytical skills, which will be essential to improve campaigns and driving good results. A strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation is essential as is a love of data.

The main objective of the role is to improve the quality, monitor and improve our data processes, grow our Marketing Guest & Trade Databases as well as coordinate CRM Technical Projects with our third party agencies.
The position reports to both Technology and Marketing departments.
As part of the CRM team you will be involved in and/or coordinate any data related projects to ensure guest acquisition and retention are optimised.

• Monitoring and enhancing the Marketing Data processes within our single Customer view.
• Developing and running guest insights and campaigns performance dashboards to drive our marketing campaign strategy and improve our guest engagement with RFH as a brand.
• Coordinating & drive any systems integration projects, such as guest preference Centre, My RF Account , Guests segmentation modules, transactional email programmes, new hotels systems configurations, New Website, new PMS, BI dashboards, Restaurant & Spa system integrations and any new communication channels configuration.
• Driving the Profile cleaning programme and working closely with hotel’s team to ensure data capture & Data Quality, profile completion targets are reach.
• Supporting the Data Privacy Team to monitor, record and respond to any enquiries on Data Privacy matters.
• Developing and Monitoring Data SOP & Training Programmes.

Requirement:
• Technology or Marketing Business degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a B2C/B2B CRM campaigns
• Previous experience with Adobe Campaign, Excel, BI Tools, SQL
• Strong interest in data analytics, and the ability to review data, infer results and draw accurate & statistically sound conclusions.
• Strong organisational / project management skills, PM qualification desirable
• Ability to prioritise and organise your work to meet tight deadlines
• Great work ethic and a desire to learn and progress
• Perfect spoken and written English
