Job Summary

The Group Director, Employee Experience is responsible for increasing employee productivity through technology solutions and service support and providing consistent, knowledgeable support to the organization through the management of Corporate Tech Support (NY, NJ, VIP).

What you’ll do

  • Collaboratively assess business needs to ensure technology is keeping up with demand
  • Identify and address customer technology needs through strategic assessments and ongoing communications with stakeholders
  • Create technology-based experiences through programs to drive adoption of new technologies (i.e., lunch and learns, quick reference guides)
  • Provide a consistent, seamless, and robust end-to-end technology experience
  • Manage Corporate Tech Support (NY, NJ, VIP); establish and manage internal / external Service Level Agreements
  • Oversee implementation, communication, and adoption customer-centric technology, including best practices, across the workplace
  • Plan and oversee development of training programs to facilitate employee use of technological programs and platforms; drive consumption of Technology Training to further increase adoption and utilization
  • Define standard KPIs, policies, and procedures for the use of these technology solutions; support the implementation and maintenance of these policies; perform regular audits to ensure technology policies and procedures are maintained and meet their intended goals.
  • Develop metric-oriented dashboards to report on IT performance and service delivery.
  • Oversee HR ERP technology platform in partnership with HR (Work Day) including usability, capabilities, process and policies
  • Manage On-Boarding and Off-Boarding processes supporting cross-functional partners, creating improved experiences and procedures

Position Logistics:

  • Minimum 10 years’ Tech, IT and/or relevant Client Service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
