About the job
Sell WFJ high end pieces above $50K, with an individual turn over above $3M per year
Recruit, retain and engage high profile clients
- Have a minimum set of regular customers
- Prospect, source and attract new high potential customers
- Reactivate sleeping top level clients
- Develop individualized relationships with each customer
- Design and customize customer relevant experiences in accordance with global guidelines
Build a strong collaboration with the Fashion/Couture Department
- Enhance the knowledge of High Jewelry among Fashion/Couture department and their clients and develop a strong relationship between these departments
- Convert Fashion/Couture top VIPs into HJ customers, develop their loyalty, nourish their desire and upgrade their level of purchase

Inspire and coach the team on High Jewelry within the Boutique
PROFILE & BACKGROUND
- Solid High Jewelry selling background with successful track record / strong selling skills
- Experience travelling independently with Elite customers and ability to reach out to an international clientele
- Interpersonal skills and sense of team work
- Excellent communication skills, ability to tell stories
- Strong curiosity for culture (art and literature)
- Passion for High End category: product, stories and environment
- Luxury lifestyle understanding and knowledge, attending social events with ability to meet and entertain the clientele in a sophisticated manner reflective of Chanel image.
- Entrepreneurship in order to achieve his/her annual sales target, planning and organization skills
- Take initiatives and combining a strategic and spontaneous approach for building a strong and personalized customer relationship

- High Jewelry and Exclusive watches sales target achievement incl. VHETI / Number of very high end pieces sold each year (above 500K – tbc)
- Customer database: recruitment and retention / Number of new HJ customers per year
- Average discount rate on IHETI sales
- Number of clients taken to events (local or international) and conversion rate
- Average discount allocated to HJ sales. Conversion rate for ‘Special requests’
