Job description

This restaurant is specialized in traditional food of Spain. It is placed in Miami and is the only one in its category to receive the prizes awarded by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences.
Its principles are to protect, respect and care for the environment, so all the ingredients and products are natural.


Contributing to a dedicated culinary team.
Continually seeking to improve restaurant operations.
Operating a clean, safe kitchen while exceeding food quality requirement.
Capability to work in team.
Well rounded experience with all new and classic cooking techniques.
A passion for great food.
Spanish speaking candidate preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
Knowledge of pastries, rices (paellas) and seafood

If you are a non-american citizen and you are the selected candidate you will need to apply for a J-1 visa, which will allow you to work legally in the United States.
