This restaurant serves authentic Spanish cuisine in an atmosphere that sparks connections with people, food and wine.
The Executive Chef, was enrolled in the Escola de Restauració I Hostalatge de Barcelona at age 16. After graduation the Chef worked with some of the leading chefs of the world. In 2010 he have joined the restaurant team as Executive Chef where he contributed his wealth of experience, culinary talent and passion for the cuisine of his homeland to help the restaurants maintain and enhance their reputation among the best Spanish restaurants in New York and Washington DC.

Requirements

Contributing to a dedicated culinary team.
Continually seeking to improve restaurant operations.
Operating a clean, safe kitchen while exceeding food quality requirement.
Capability to work in team.
Well rounded experience with all new and classic cooking techniques.
A passion for great food.
One or more years of experience.
Culinary creativity
Spanish and English speaking candidate preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
If you are a non-american citizen and you are the selected candidate you will need to apply for a J-1 visa, which will allow you to work legally in the United States. Take into consideration that the J-1 visa can cost you between $3,000 - $4,500. Prices vary depending on the length of stay and the benefits provided by the companies. Also, some companies take care of the whole visa payment.
