This restaurant originated in Venice and serves hand-made pasta, seafood, and dishes from Northern Italy using the best ingredients. In addition to the flagship restaurant in Mayfair, it has outposts in West Hollywood, Miami Beach, Brooklyn, Berlin, Barcelona and Istanbul and a second London location. With waterfront views of the Manhattan Skyline, this restaurant located in Dumbo is a modern day classic Italian restaurant open for lunch, cicchetti, and dinner, as well as weekend brunch. Located in Brooklyn Bridge Park, this elegant and upscale restaurant serves high end cuisine and is open seven days a week.

Requirements

Contributing to a dedicated culinary team.
Continually seeking to improve restaurant operations.
Operating a clean, safe kitchen while exceeding food quality requirement.
Capability to work in team.
Well rounded experience with all new and classic cooking techniques.
A passion for great food.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining.
Italian cooks.
High English level (professional).
