This restaurant specializes in authentic Spanish cuisine with a bit of flare. The most famous dish is the Fresh Seafood Paella that is made to order in our kitchen. Other popular items on the menu include Osso Bucco, Pulpo a la Gallega, and Seared Corvina served with Jumbo Lump Crab and Truffle Oil. The restaurant is BYOB, set in a modern and intimate atmosphere.

If you are a non-american citizen and you are the selected candidate you will need to apply for a J-1 visa, which will allow you to work legally in the United States.
