Perched along the waterfront in the restored Civil War-era Empire Stores complex, SUGARCANE raw bar grill in Brooklyn has been a mainstay on Eater’s famed Heatmaps including “The Hottest Restaurants in Brooklyn,” featured as one of the “Hottest Spots to Dine in New York” by Guest of a Guest, and “Best New Restaurants” by Time Out New York. Along with a raw bar, sushi and seafood, there's a range of eclectic small plates and meaty dishes from the open-fire grill at this sizable Miami export in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Expect cushy booth, table and bar seating in a Cuban-accented space with lots of rum drinks, a patio and skyline views.

Well rounded experience with all new and classic cooking techniques.

Minimum of 2 years of experience.

If you are a non-american citizen and you are the selected candidate you will need to apply for a J-1 visa, which will allow you to work legally in the United States. Take into consideration that the J-1 visa can cost you between 2,000 - 3,000 euros. Prices vary depending on the length of stay and the benefits provided by the companies. Also, some companies take care of the whole visa payment.
