Job description

The 65-seat restaurant offers guests a casual and comfortable, yet elevated, dining experience, showcasing Asian-American fare reflective of the distinct cultural and culinary experiences of its Executive Chef and Partner. Its dishes feature a variety of market-driven ingredients and local Brooklyn products, combined with chef's talents and sense of fun. Signatures from the menu include Pretzel Pork and Chive Dumplings with spicy mustard; Korean Fried Chicken and Crispy Oyster-Bacon Pad Thai.For dessert, guests can indulge in chef’s signature version of the Filipino dish Halo-Halo, a shaved ice sundae with condensed milk, coconut, pineapple, lemongrass, tapioca, topped with Cap’n Crunch.

Contributing to a dedicated culinary team.
Continually seeking to improve restaurant operations.
Operating a clean, safe kitchen while exceeding food quality requirement.
Capability to work in team.
Well rounded experience with all new and classic cooking techniques.
A passion for great food.
One or more years of experience.
Culinary creativity
Professional English level.

If you are a non-american citizen and you are the selected candidate you will need to apply for a J-1 visa, which will allow you to work legally in the United States.
