Duties
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, responsible for inter-departmental relations, communication and culinary standard set by Executive Chef or Management. Ensures smooth operation in all aspects of the culinary operation by maintaining a high standard of food preparation, service and hygiene in all kitchen. Actively get involved in planning, training, development and coaching of all the chefs. To assist Executive Chef facilitate culinary operations of all kitchen.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Minimum 02 (two) years of solid/full time work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
Minimum 05 (five) years of solid/full time work experience in an international luxury hotel brand
Specialized in European or Fusion Cuisine
Demonstrate strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and communication skill
Excellent interaction skill with guest and colleagues
Understand the market trend
Excellent creativity, flexilble and innovative
Good food hygiene knowledge and procedure
Good computer skill
