We are hiring Executive Chef.

 

As an Executive Chef,we rely on you to:

•    Be in charge of leading the culinary departments to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards, while providing a high level of staff engagement

•    Create and develop menus and recipes

•    Build collaborative relationships with suppliers to provide the best price and quality is achieved when purchasing food

•    Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards

•    Ensure the ultimate guest experience in the hotel

•    Drive high standards of food preparation to increase the profitability of the hotel

•    Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division

 

We are looking for someone who:

•    Has a passion for Food & Beverage

•    Always thinks outside of the box

•    Has good organisational skills

•    Has experience in either a luxury restaurant or a five* hotel environment

•    Enjoys interacting with people

•    Detail-minded, creative and can drive and lead change

•    Always aware of the latest market trends and industry updates

•    Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader  

•    Previous luxury experience in China and high pressure multiple outlets experience essential

•    Managing Chinese brigades essential
