We are hiring Service Leader - Floor.

As a Service Leader - Floor,we rely on you to:

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
• Oversee the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies
• Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably from a luxury hotel
• Must be detail focused and guest-oriented
• Fully understands rooms operations
• Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Leads by example
