This is an exciting opportunity for Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join our fast growing vacation rental startup in London and take a step forward achieving his/her career goals!

City Relay is a rapidly growing vacation rental company providing Airbnb management services based in London venturing also in property acquisition, development and management. We have grown massively the last years and looking forward we are aiming to be industry leaders soon! With our main office in the heart of vibrant Portobello market and 24/7 Reception Desk for all our guests in Earls Court.

Your primary role is to coordinate the housekeeping and operations staff and work alongside your Manager to ensure all the apartment and flats are in tip-top condition. But your expert knowledge will also be in demand with other departments. For instance, you'll be expected to liaise with managers and employees of all department, attending regular meetings.

This will be a full time, permanent position for the successful candidate.


Main responsibilities:
Assisting the Housekeeping Management team running all aspects of the day to day operations.
Scheduling laundry and linen services and making sure everything runs on time
Coordinating and managing housekeeping and operations staff all over London
Assisting in recruiting, training and performance leading our team of housekeeping and operations and working hard to keep them motivated and engaged
Giving your input on our operational procedures and finding the best and most cost-effective solutions to complex problems
Doing everything else necessary to ensure things run smoothly and not being afraid to step in and take the initiative to resolve any issues, as they occur
Supporting and dispatching housekeeping work across the flats and apartments when is required
Effectively communicating with all as linen drivers on their daily schedules
Liaising with the Front office team to ensure the best services provided to our Guests
Liaising with the Host and Accounts team to ensure the best service provided to our hosts/clients

About you

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
You've got to be self-motivated, adaptable, an excellent team motivator and team builder.
Be responsible and have the ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
Stunning time management skills so you can juggle your many duties.
Attention to detail to ensure apartments and flats are spic and span and well serviced and that equipment is stored safely.
Good Microsoft Excel knowledge.
