We are a rapidly growing vacation rental company based in London venturing also in property acquisition, development and management. We are currently looking for a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor intern to join our team of eager beavers. You will assist the department by ensuring the high standard of cleanliness in our properties.

What will you do?

Ensure all cleaning is delivered to expected and agreed standards.
Ensure all cleaning tasks abide by the cleaning specification.
Monitor and record the use of equipment and materials.
Ensure all equipment, machinery and cleaning cupboards are kept tidy and safe.
Report any issues with machinery or equipment.
Ensure staff present a professional image.
Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules.
Liaise with management on any current issues.
Recruitment, training and development of the housekeeping team.
Responsible for ensuring orders (linen and cleaning materials.

These unique spaces enhance our ability to provide London’s homeowners with a local, personal and fully-managed service when short-letting their property – designed to give more people the confidence to short-let their home.

We’re no one trick pony however! As a market leader in operational efficiency, we offer a number of other hospitality clients and short-term rental companies a tailored B2B service that includes housekeeping, freshly pressed linen, the provision of luxury amenities, property maintenance and check-ins - a reliable and convenient way to ensure every guest has a hotel-like experience.

Short-term rental companies across London no longer have to rely on different contractors to deliver operational support, we provide a one-stop shop that fully integrates with our clients’ brands and business objectives.
