About the job

You're responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our property management function, using a number of platforms and technique to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Manage the daily operations processes, looking for areas where improvements can be made as well as providing support to the existing processes
Ensure the maintenance is delivered in a timely manner and according to City Relay standards
Manage the team including a Coordinator and a number of Handymen on the field while looking into growing the team steadily.
Provide training, guidance for the members of the team and ensure they are supported at all time
Lead on tasks throughout the day and motivate others within your team, to be able to provide the best level of logistical excellence to ensure our guests and stakeholders are serviced to the highest standards while hitting the targets
Responsible for the financial sustainability of the department making key decisions when it comes to the jobs that will be prioritised and able to liaise with the Host team and Guest team to ensure guest and host satisfaction.
Manage the operations on key discretionary spend, acting as the decision-maker for any maintenance service whilst working with the teams to ensure our budgets are under control
Run the Health and Safety for all City Relay facilities and the properties we manage
Support other managers and team members when needed

About you

Experience with daily operations related to accommodation or travel industry
You have a track record of delivering both high logistical services
Experience of working within a team to deliver a high standard of operations
Good organisational skills and able to work autonomously
Ambitious and results driven with a love of achieving high-level operations
Able to work in a fast paced environment, multitasking is key and being flexible and adaptable to changes
Good team building and problem-solving skills.
Sound judgement and decision-making skills, even under pressure
