About the job

This is an opportunity for a Night Manager to join our fast growing vacation rental startup in London.

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the security and safety of the warehouse during the night.
Doing all check-ins at the flat during the night driving one of our vans to the location.
Responding to Guest calls during the night advising them or resolving any issues they might be facing.
Being the first point of contact in case of emergency responding to the situation promptly.
Responsible for preparing the linen bags for the next day delivery based on the number of bookings we have and the specifications of each booking.
Taking ownership of other administrative tasks such as producing reports for the management collecting spreadsheet information and creating Excel tables for appropriate reporting.
Printing and compiling daily reports on:
Check-in/out Numbers
No of cleanings/ revenue form cleaning vs cleaners time/pay
Daily reports of numbers/productivity of tracker
Housekeeping productivity, Maintenance

Summary:
The majority of your tasks will be administratively related to reporting and other such tasks supporting the Housekeeping, Facilities and Guest relations departments.
There will be a time where you will be expected to prepare the linen bags for the next day delivery drops to the flats.
You will be responsible for responding to the Guest Relations mobile phone during these hours, providing guest relation services to our guests, dealing with potential issues.
You will be able to drive to our flats and meet guest for check-ins during the night and also helping with any urgent issues.
  • up to £27,000 per annum

About you

We are looking for someone that will be able to work during the night in order to cover the needs of the company, able to take up several different tasks and with a range of skills such as problem-solving, communication, practical, admin and supervisory skills.
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Be an excellent team player
• Have a friendly and bubbly personality

Clean Driving License required
  • Language required: English.
