Job description

We are looking for a Onboarding Executive to support City Relay’s plans for business growth and expansion through a smooth onboarding process of new clients and distribution of the flats on different booking channels.

Your main functions will be to assist the Business Development and Host team in day-to-day activities. The below examples constitute a selection of such activities, however it is not exhaustive:
Ensure that the onboarding of new clients is designed and operated in a timely and memorable manner.
Able to assist and respond to all the questions of the clients during the onboarding process.
Upsell our interior design services to the clients, providing examples of the benefits of such move.
Arrange photoshoot for all new flats.
Maintain all photos and create relevant description for advertising flats them correctly.
Listing of the properties on all booking channels such as Booking.com, airbnb and other 20+ channels.
Collaborate with the reservations, business development and housekeeping team during the onboarding of new clients.
Provide an unique experience to our new clients during the onboarding process and drive our retention number over the top.
Collaborate with the Host team and ensure that they have taken over the new client after completion of the onboarding process.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will ideally have the following skills:
Confident, with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Professional and able to build relations
Computer literate
Drive and enthusiasm
Strong negotiating skills; able to influence and persuade others
Organised, able to plan and be methodical - proactive when necessary
Resilient and calm under pressure
